Getting Started in MM2 Aim Trainer

Join the live place, take the first-kill badge, then stop farming empty standing bots.

Getting Started

Your first MM2 Aim Trainer session should last about fifteen minutes and produce three things: a kill, a readable cursor, and a dummy preset you can rebuild without guessing. This is not a cash farm. The original trainer launched on 8 June 2021; Blu now points people at MM2 Aim Trainer 2. Join that place first. If it errors, fall back to the original MM2 Aim Trainer and keep the same flow. Both are solo NPC ranges with optional 1v1 PVP and server size 1. They are fan trainers for Murder Mystery 2, not Nikilis lobbies.

Open this page beside How to Play and Controls. After the first kill, switch to the improve aim ladder instead of parking on standing still. If a hunt is live, skim event quests so you do not walk past surfboards while you warm up. The rest of the Guides Hub can wait until the menus make sense.

Join the right place

Aim Trainer 2 is the live successor (b1uu / holderblu, place 135193469413243, on the order of 180 million visits). The original (blu’s buds / livingblu, place 6924758805) passed roughly 897 million visits and still holds the Misc custom cursor box plus premium Icecrusher and Icepiercer. Blu asked players to switch and opened kill transfers in Discord: create a support ticket, do not paste screenshots into public chat and hope. Cheaters on Aim Trainer 2 are banned with no appeal. If you came from a script video, read scripts for the risk and then close it.

You will land in a private server of one. Left-side tabs usually include Gameplay, Cosmetics, Misc, Shop, Donations, Ranks, and Update Log. You do not need Donations or Ranks on day one. Shop is for Aim Trainer 2 promo codes. Misc is where the original trainer’s custom cursor field lives. Cosmetics can wait until you can hit a dummy that moves.

First ten minutes

  1. Pick a map you actually play in Murder Mystery 2. Hospital, Hotel, Factory, Bank, House, Workplace, and Milbase all exist in the picker. If you main Hospital gun fights, do not start on Milbase because a YouTube thumbnail used it.
  2. Set the dummy to standing still. This is a warm-up, not the session. You need one clean click for the Getting Started badge (first kill). Welcome already fires when you join.
  3. Set weapon type to gun if you are here as Sheriff. Leave knife throwing for a later block described in How to Play.
  4. Spawn, find the dummy, put the crosshair at head height, and click. Do not spray. One kill is enough for the badge.
  5. Stop. Do not sit in the same standing lobby for an hour to pad the Noob badge (100-plus kills). That badge is a counter, not a skill check. Leaderboards for kills and time played will inflate either way.

Historically the original maps hid Keys 1, 2, and 3. Some of those props were later removed. Do not stall your first session hunting keys that may not spawn. Icecrusher and Icepiercer are premium shop weapons, not something you unlock by standing still.

Codes, cursor, then leave the AFK farm

On Aim Trainer 2, open Shop, hit the three-dot control, and paste the strings from codes. The click path is spelled out on how to redeem. Codes expire; do this before you get lost in dummy settings. Cursor IDs are not Shop codes. They are Roblox asset numbers you paste in Misc on the original trainer. Grab a small red-dot or scope from cursor IDs and confirm it in the custom cursor field. A Hello Kitty or landscape cursor is fine for screenshots and bad for heads. Controls shows where that field sits.

Equip the gun and knife skins you actually use in Murder Mystery 2. Transfer is visual as well as mechanical: if you train on a default revolver and queue with a fat godly, the silhouette you learned is wrong. Innocent skins and murderer NPC skins are cosmetic; set them after the first kill if you want the dummy to look like a real murderer, then leave them alone.

Prank bomb is free in NPC mode. Do not buy the golden PVP variant on day one. Highlight murderer can stay on while you learn maps, then off when you want a harder read. Movement stays on standing until the first kill is done, then you immediately change it. The tier list exists because people skip that change.

What day one is not

Day one is not a 1v1 PVP debut, not a seasonal 250-kill grind, and not a script test. Optional 1v1 PVP uses different throw rules (E to throw in some modes, stabbing often disallowed). Learn NPC first. Seasonal collectibles on Factory roofs can wait until event quests unless the hunt is about to expire; even then, get the first kill and cursor before you search beachballs. Cash from kills and boxes is a side effect. If you came here to print cash on standing dummies, you will still miss the Sheriff shot when a real murderer jumps a railing.

After the first kill, rebuild the dummy as Camper with gun, then take two or three gun-pickup angles on your main map. Tomorrow open Improve Aim and add chasing. Standing still is how you check that the gun fires, not how you get better.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for codes, cursors, dummies, and aim drills.

Should I play Aim Trainer 2 or the original?

Join [Aim Trainer 2](https://www.roblox.com/games/135193469413243/MM2-Aim-Trainer-2) first. Use the original only if it fails to load, then keep the same getting started flow and Misc cursor IDs.

What does the Getting Started badge require?

One kill. Welcome is for joining. Noob is 100-plus kills and is not worth AFK farming. After the badge, follow Improve Aim instead of standing bots.

Where do I redeem codes on day one?

Aim Trainer 2: Shop, then three dots. List and steps are on codes and how to redeem. Cursor IDs go in Misc, listed on cursor IDs.

Do I need to find Keys 1, 2, and 3?

No. Those were original-map collectibles and some were later removed. Your first session is map, standing dummy, first kill, codes, cursor.

When do I start event quests?

After the first kill and a readable cursor. If Summer is live, open event quests and Summer 2026 so you do not miss surfboards on the same maps you train.
